Growing up, I struggled with my weight and felt helpless about it. I wasn’t born and raised with the healthiest lifestyle. I spent much of my time playing video games instead of being active. I thought I hated veggies or anything “green.” Truth is, I lacked self confidence, didn’t know enough about myself, how to change and where to start.
My fitness journey was a roller coaster of trials and errors but it taught me a lot. I transformed into the person I never thought I could be – active, energetic, healthy, fit, strong, happy and confident. Now I help others reach their potential. Do you want to be next?
I offer personal training, online training and semi-private training. After going through hell and back on my own fat loss and muscle building journey, I can provide some compassion and guidance for my clients. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or build muscle, you rest assured knowing that I’ve helped people achieve both.
