“My name is Jamall. I am a Marine Veteran and current law enforcement officer.

Ashley and I started this journey October of 2020. I was 211lbs (approx.) standing at 5’5” with stage 3 hypertension, osteoid osteoma and reoccurring knee and back pain.

I was enrolled in a full-time graduate day program while working overnight as a Campus Police Officer. So, needless to say, I didn’t have a lot of free time or opportunity to sleep.

My first day of training with her made me soon realize two things:
